Your character is just thrown into the situation and goes with everything. The story is bland and uninteresting from the very start. I took a break and tried again the next day, thinking that maybe I had a bad day. Non-existent character development and just What a disappointment! Not a single part of this game or it’s controls works correctly. To pick up an item you must stand directly on top of that item and look down to pick it up. Reload your gun, you press the button then 20 seconds later the button pressed is registered. Want to open you wing suit when jumping off a cliff, does not work 90% of the time so you splat. You can not put out a for by pressing the in screen button. Catch on fire, you are dead unless you wear gloves that out it out automatically making every other glove item useless. Want to get in a car, to bad because you will pull out your repair to torch. Want to jumble and climb up a roof, unless there is a blue cloth you can’t even it at the same height or the same roof, has to be that spot. Want to jump over a ankle high fence, can’t do it. Next far cry I’m gonna wait before I buy. Pretty big disappointment when the most likable and interesting characters are your villains. The whole woke agenda was really really distracting and annoying. You worry about all that kind of stuff after people aren’t dying all around you. Not to mention you have people suffering under and actual dictatorship and you’ve got this trans character whining about how hard it is for them. To extent that it’s distracting and simply just bad character writing and development. But not the female leaders? Like Lorenzo goes to speak and they shut him up so lucky mama can talk. So why are all the main rebel leaders woman? To a point that they are more masculine then feminine? Most of the men characters in the game are bumbling idiots or highly flawed.
